
Carlos Linares, PhD
Dr. Carlos Linares is an academic and higher education leader based in Kentucky, United States, with extensive experience in human resources, business management, curriculum design, and data-informed educational innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Leadership from Sullivan University (Kentucky, United States), an MBA in Management from IEDE (Spain), and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Mary Catholic University in Peru. His academic expertise includes undergraduate and graduate instruction in Human Resources, Leadership, Business Analytics, and Management. Dr. Linares has designed and implemented competency-based curricula, developed new academic tracks, and aligned program learning outcomes with industry standards and workforce competencies.
Dr. Linares has served in multiple institutional governance and quality assurance roles, including faculty promotion and retention committees, institutional review boards, hiring committees, and student retention initiatives.
