
Gonzalo Gerardo Capriles
Gonzalo Capriles, MSC, MIBA is a Venezuelan professional based in the United States, with a distinguished career in operations management, supply chain strategy, and international business development. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering (Systems Science) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master in International Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University (United States), where he graduated with a perfect GPA of 4.0. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela) and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Mr. Capriles currently serves as Global Inventory Control Senior Manager at Monat Global (Florida, USA), leading inventory management and logistics operations across the Americas, Europe, and Oceania. Previously, he worked as an Independent Business Process Consultant at Infogloba lbusiness, Director of Business Development at Barrabés America, and Executive Director of the Small and Medium Enterprises Program at the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA).
He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at universities in Florida, including Millennia Atlantic University, San Ignacio University, and MIU City University, teaching courses in management, logistics, economics, and international business. An international speaker, he has received awards from the United Nations World Summit (2007) and the Costa Rican Chamber of Exporters (2008).
