Jenny Consuelo Cuesta Montañez, PhD
Dr. Jenny Consuelo Cuesta Montañez is a Colombian educator, researcher, and academic leader with extensive experience in higher education, early childhood education, and educational innovation. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Nova Southeastern University (United States), a Master’s in Educational Informatics from the Universidad de La Sabana (Colombia), and a Bachelor’s in Preschool Education from the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia.
Dr. Cuesta has served as a Lecturer at several Colombian universities, including the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, and the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, where she has contributed to curriculum design, pedagogical innovation, and teacher training programs.
Her scholarly work includes the books “Andragogy as a Mediating Learning Theory: A Guide for Teachers” (2023) and “Who Hasn’t Spilled the Milk?” (2016), as well as academic articles on family, school, and values education in early childhood.
Recognized for her holistic and research-oriented approach, Dr. Cuesta promotes innovative teaching strategies and technological integration in education, fostering meaningful learning and student development across diverse educational contexts.
