Jesús Antonio Quiñones Salazar, PhD
Dr. Jesús Antonio Quiñones is an educator and researcher with over 14 years of experience in English language teaching, curriculum design, and the integration of educational technologies. He has built his academic career in higher education institutions in Colombia and international settings, combining in-person and online instruction with pedagogical innovation and educational research.
He holds a Ph.D. in Education from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, Master 's in Education from Universidad de La Sabana, and a B.A. In Modern Languages (Spanish – English) from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. His academic work focuses on technology-enhanced learning, online education, and gamification as strategies to improve language instruction and learning engagement.
Currently, Dr. Quiñones works as a remote English instructor, designing and delivering virtual courses for international students. He has also supervised master’s and doctoral research projects and trained educators in innovative methodologies for language teaching.
His expertise in online education, curriculum development, and multilingual instruction reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence and inclusive learning. Dr. Quiñones stands out as a dedicated professional advancing the field of digital education and English language teaching through research-driven and student-centered approaches.
