José Andrés Areiza Padilla, PhD
José Andrés Areiza Padilla is a Colombian academic and researcher with over a decade of teaching experience in marketing and sales, both in virtual and in-person modalities, and more than 15 years in the business sector. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Valencia (Spain), a Master’s in Marketing from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain), a Master’s in Corporate and Advertising Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia).
He currently serves as a Marketing Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Researcher at INALDE Business School, and Digital Marketing Manager at tudescuento.com.co. His teaching and research areas include e-commerce, marketing management, branding, and consumer behavior.
Dr. Areiza Padilla has published in prestigious indexed journals such as Cross Cultural & Strategic Management, Heliyon, Frontiers in Psychology, and Journal of Family Business Management. He is a member of Aemark, the Ibero-American Marketing Association, and CLADEA, and has presented at international conferences in Spain, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. His research focuses on consumer behavior, brand image, and digital marketing trends.
