Leidy Johana Agudelo Velásquez, PhD

Leidy Johana Agudelo Velásquez is a Colombian academic and administrator with extensive experience in higher education and business management. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University (United States), a Master’s in Strategic Management and an International MBA from the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI) (Puerto Rico and Spain). She is also a Specialist in Project Management and a Business Administrator from Universidad Minuto de Dios (Colombia).

Dr. Agudelo currently serves as Postgraduate Coordinator at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogotá, where she leads the Specializations in Internal Control and in Finance and Public Administration. Her professional experience includes academic and administrative roles at Universidad Minuto de Dios, Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Agustiniana, and Universidad Iberoamericana, as well as international experience at the Universidad de Mondragón in Spain.

She has also worked in the private sector with Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A. and Administrando Nuevos Horizontes Ltda. Her research and teaching areas include finance, corporate social responsibility, and academic program development. She has received an Honorable Mention for academic innovation and has participated in numerous international congresses on economics, administration, and education.
