Luis Adán Berríos Rivera, PhD
Luis A. Berríos is an education professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and educational consulting, with a strong focus on instructional technology and coaching. He holds a Doctorate in Instructional Design and Distance Learning from Nova Southeastern University (United States), graduating with honors (GPA 4.00). He also earned a Master of Arts in Science Education from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education with a minor in Natural Science from the University of Puerto Rico.
Dr. Berríos currently serves as a Spanish Teacher at Loudoun County Public Schools in Virginia, USA, where he teaches Spanish and Spanish for Fluent Speakers at the high school level. Previously, he worked as Professional Development Coordinator and Academic Collaborator at SM, Inc., and as an Educational Consultant and Account Executive for ED Group, Inc. in Puerto Rico, leading teacher training programs and educational innovation initiatives.
He is certified as a Postgraduate Professional Educator in Virginia and Secondary School Science Teacher in Puerto Rico, and has demonstrated excellence in integrating technology into education, fostering student engagement, and promoting innovative teaching practices.
