María Mercedes Ramírez Franco, PhD
Dr. María Mercedes Ramírez Franco is a researcher, professor, and consultant specializing in competency-based education, neuroscience applied to learning, and human talent management. She holds a Doctorate in Competency-Based Education with honors from the Centro Universitario de Mar de Cortés (México), a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Fuerzas Armadas (Venezuela), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Abierta (Venezuela).
Currently, she serves as a thesis director and research advisor for the Master’s in Teacher Training in Economics and Business Administration at Valencia International University (Spain) and the Master’s in Virtual Education with a concentration in Neurosciences at Broward International University (United States). She has also taught and conducted research at universities in Venezuela, Mexico, and the United States, focusing on soft skills development, organizational climate and culture, and human behavior in educational and professional contexts.
Her research focuses on socio-emotional competencies and the culture of sensitivity in higher education. She has published in academic platforms such as Google Scholar, Dialnet, and ResearchGate, contributing to the advancement of human talent development through an integral and interdisciplinary approach.
