Rafael Del Rio Ortiz
Rafael Del Rio Ortiz is a bilingual professional with over twenty years of experience in administration, higher education, and organizational development across the Americas and the Caribbean. He currently serves as a Learning Assistance Specialist at Ana G. Méndez University in Orlando, Florida, where he also teaches in the Business Administration and Information Systems programs. In addition, he is a Professor of International Business and Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
His academic career has spanned both Puerto Rico and the United States, including teaching and leadership roles at Caribbean University, EDIC College, and the Instituto de Banca y Comercio. Earlier in his career, he spent over fifteen years as an Information Systems Specialist at the Department of Economic Development in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Rafael holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Ana G. Méndez University (2022) and completed doctoral studies in Management with a Specialization in Organizational Leadership and Information Systems at the University of Phoenix in Carolina, Puerto Rico. His strong background in global management, marketing, and technology—combined with his dedication to academic excellence—positions him as a respected educator and consultant in higher education.
