Seth Morales Martinez
Seth Morales Martinez is an information technology and cybersecurity professional with over ten years of experience in IT operations, risk management, and enterprise security. He holds a Master’s degree in IT Management, a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Sullivan University (Kentucky, United States), and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (Texas, United States). His professional expertise includes cybersecurity governance & policy, business continuity planning, application security, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery planning, digital forensics, and IT service management. He has led institutional disaster recovery testing, security risk assessments, and incident response initiatives in higher education and government environments.
Martinez has held leadership roles in both civilian and military contexts, including IT Risk & Security Manager in higher education and Information Assurance Manager with the U.S. Army. His responsibilities have included change management, cybersecurity audits, enterprise system security, and advising senior leadership on emerging threats and mitigation strategies. His instructional and professional focus emphasizes applied cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, infrastructure resilience, and strategic IT operations.
