Career Services

ALEN SOUTH LAKE UNIVERSITY is committed to assisting graduates in their job search. We offer a variety of services, including:

  • Career Guidance: Personalized advice on résumé writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.

  • Job Listings and Recommendations: Access to job postings and recommendations to potential employers.

  • Transcript Submission: Timely submission of official academic transcripts to employers.

  • Recommendation Letters: Professors will provide written recommendation letters upon request.

Academic Advising

ALEN SOUTH LAKE UNIVERSITY provides a range of services and resources to support students from enrollment to graduation and beyond. These services foster development, help students explore career and personal goals, and ensure a smooth, supportive progression through any of our academic programs.

Student Handbook

The Student Handbook, available upon enrollment, contains detailed information about course availability by degree program, admissions, tuition, textbooks, materials, regulations, grievances or concerns, graduation requirements, complaint procedures, library access, refund policies, student rights, responsibilities and sanctions, academic records, transfers, and course changes.

Technical Support

Tools are available to help students navigate ASLU’s online platform, such as:

  • Informative, non-credit tutorials: Designed to guide students through the platform's functionality.

  • Support Forum: A dedicated platform for posting questions, comments, or concerns related to the platform (responses may take up to 24 hours).

Student Records

ALEN SOUTH LAKE UNIVERSITY maintains a permanent record for each student in English, including:

  • Academic transcripts.

  • All documents verifying a student’s eligibility for enrolled programs.

  • Any certificates or diplomas earned.

  • Copies of applications or contractual agreements.

  • Financial records.

  • Counseling or academic advising records.

  • Progress reports.

All documents received from students become the property of ALEN SOUTH LAKE UNIVERSITY and are permanently maintained in our files.

Financial Assistance for Students

ALEN SOUTH LAKE UNIVERSITY offers guidance to students facing financial difficulties who are considering withdrawing from their program. This support includes exploring options to meet their goals and providing a payment plan.

Students will be notified of any institutional changes.
